Set of two antique books circa the late 1800's. "Famous English Authors" and "Famous American Authors". The American book is filled with dried foliage in between a few of the pages, which adds so much character and charm. These are in overall beautiful antique condition with light wear throughout the covers and spines, the pages are nice condition showing normal age. The covers and spines alone are absolutely gorgeous! They feature gold stamping and imagery of florals throughout. Rare finds and a beautiful collectible set of antique books.
Books each measure approx 5 3/8" x 7 1/2" English has 451 numbered pages and was published in 1890 American has 398 numbered pages and was published in 1887
